Pop the Cork
While most people hope the bubbles don’t spill wildly out of the bottle when they pop the cork, Nathan embraces it. To capture this champagne fountain, Nathan cut the bottom of the bottle off and added a pressurized air inlet. When air pressure is applied, it sends the champagne soaring into the air, creating a plume of carbonation.
