Stick the Landing
There’s more than one way to make ice cream float. Forty-five different flavors of ice cream were originally collected for this shoot. Only four made the cut in the end, including one by the Pacific Northwest cult-classic brand Salt & Straw. To get this gravity-defying shot, Nathan used metal pins to levitate the ice cream and kept the scoops frozen by coating them in liquid nitrogen.
