Nathan has an evolving fascination with photographing wine in motion, so much so that he created a custom-built wine catapult that acts similarly to a crossbow, accelerating the glass horizontally. Using technology as his paintbrush, Nathan is able to freeze time to admire the wine’s glassy, ruby-red appearance.
