Bourbon over Bourbon
“Laissez les bons temps rouler,” French-Cajun for “let the good times roll,” is an embraced mantra during Mardi Gras in New Orleans. Shot on the balcony of the Royal Sonesta overlooking Bourbon Street, Nathan aimed to capture the true spirit of New Orleans. Both Bourbon Street and the drink get their name from the famous French dynasty, though both might be more famous for the lively spirit they instill in people.
