Domestic Shipping

Domestic shipping averages 4 to 6 weeks. All domestic shipments will require signature upon delivery.

International Shipping

International shipments average 6 to 8 weeks depending on location and shipping method. Recipient is responsible for any and all fees, duties, tariffs, taxes, customs, VAT, and charges imposed in association with the purchase of artwork.  If duties are not paid by the recipient within 10 business days of arrival, the shipment will be returned.  Purchaser will be responsible for the cost to re-ship artwork that is returned if artwork does not clear customs or cannot be imported into destination country.

Returns and Cancellations

All artwork and frames are custom made to order, and all sales are final, with no refunds, cancellations, or exchanges. Please contact info@modernistcuisinegallery.com if you’ve received damaged artwork. We kindly ask that you include pictures of your damaged artwork and all packaging within five days of receiving shipment or insurance may be voided.
