OVERVIEW
Attached to a custom wine catapult, this glass of Cabernet seeks its path of maximum aeration, no decanter needed. The wine catapult acts similarly to a cross bow, accelerating the glass horizontally. At the end of the catapult, a toe-kick device knocks the glass over, causing the wine to dramatically tumble out of the glass.
