Of all the places to make a drink in the world, Nathan’s photography studio might be his favorite one. The martini, lovingly described as “the elixir of quietude”by E. B. White, is one of the most iconic cocktails of all time. The proper name for a martini made with vodka that’s shaken, not stirred, is a Bradford, but most would refer to it as a Bond martini after the fictional spy launched it into popularity in the 1950s.
