We use the best materials possible to produce our limited-edition artwork. The printing processes we use allow us to create large, high-resolution images in stunning colors. Every piece of art in the gallery is offered on two different materials. Photographs are available as giclée prints on archival paper or on premium aluminum using dye sublimation. All artwork is numbered, signed by the artist, and come with a certificate of authenticity.
About Giclée Prints
Giclée printing is a digital print technology that is used to create high-quality prints. Pronounced ‘zhee-clay’, the name comes from a French term that means ‘that which is sprayed or squirted.’ Giclée printing produces high-resolution images that can resist fading for centuries. These special large format printers utilize pigment-based inks that can produce a wide spectrum of color. The results are big, vibrant prints captured in sharp, unbelievable detail. Look closely at Intertwined, for example, and you will see nearly every drop of wine that’s escaping from the dancing glasses. All of our limited-edition giclée prints are printed on archival paper and faced with museum-quality acrylic.
About Dye Sublimation Prints
Dye sublimation printing is a digital print technology that allows the reproduction of full color, high-resolution images on a variety of surfaces. Special thermal printers use heat to press dye permanently into materials at the molecular level. Dye sublimation on hard surface surfaces, such as aluminum, is possible because the surfaces are covered with a special coating. Instead of printing images directly on a surface, which may scratch easily, the image is infused into the coating. As a result, the prints are highly pigmented, durable, and have exceptional clarity and detail. Great for kitchens and other high-traffic areas, our aluminum prints are scratch resistant, waterproof, and easy to clean.
